After installation, you'll find the activation dialog under Help → Licence.

System requirements

  • Windows 10 (1909) or newer, Windows 11, Windows Server 2019 or newer
  • x64 architecture
  • 2 GB free RAM, 200 MB disk space
  • For printing, a local or network printer. For thermal printing, access to a Zebra printer over USB or TCP/IP.

How activation works

  1. After installation, start the application. The 14-day trial starts automatically.
  2. After your purchase we email you a licence key formatted like OL-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX.
  3. In Designer, open Help → Licence, enter the key and e-mail, and click Activate online. Done - the token is issued and installed automatically.
  4. Offline fallback for PCs without internet: in the same dialog click Create activation request and save the generated .req file.
  5. Upload the .req in the customer portal, download the issued .lic and click Import token in Designer.

The activation server only issues a signed token - after activation the app doesn't talk to the cloud and printing runs fully locally.
